SIMULATION OF RESISTANCE COEFFICIENT OF ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

Annotation:

The development of the regional economy is faced, on the one hand, with natural and bureaucratic barriers, on the other hand, the economy is supported by regional development programs, financial and administrative assistance from both federal and regional governments. These factors have a strong influence on the unevenness of regional development, acceleration and deceleration of the gross natural product and consumption growth rate. In earlier published works, the coefficient of resistance of the economic environment was introduced, which assesses the possibilities for the development of regions in the current situation. The main research issue is the improvement of a mathematical model for the development of regional economies taking into account resistance to external and internal changes, its testing and obtaining calculated values for economic resistance coefficients for the Tyumen, Samara, Moscow regions and the Republic of Tatarstan, and the study of their behavior. A mathematical model for describing the development of the economic environment, taking into account the opposition to external changes, expressed using resistance coefficients was obtained on the basis of previously published partial differential equations. Based on statistical data on economic objects, such as labor resources, fixed assets and investment volumes, the resistance coefficients of the economic environment for these regions were obtained. The time interval of the study is from 2007 to 2012, which corresponds to the period of the pre-crisis, crisis and post-crisis state of economic objects. The differential equation was approximated by a finite-time analog with decentered time differences. Numerical modeling has shown the adequacy of the proposed model and the possibility of comparing regions with each other in terms of the efficiency of overcoming economic resistance. The resistance coefficients of the economic environment have a pronounced increase during the crisis and decrease after the crisis.
