Annotation:

This article discusses the theoretical issues of the essence and significance of human potential in the enterprise. The authors conducted an assessment of the availability of labor resources of LLC Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar, which began with a study of the structure and staffing of the organization with the necessary personnel of employees of the relevant specialty and qualifications. It was revealed why highly qualified personnel with extensive work experience prevail in the organization under study. Within the framework of the topic, Gazprom’s human resource management policy was reviewed and its directions were studied in detail. The main interrelated components of the human resources management policy are the following five main areas: recruitment, evaluation and use of personnel, training and development, motivation and remuneration, social policy, corporate communications. It was found out that all these directions can change and acquire new meanings in the process of the company’s business development, the dynamics of external and internal conditions, without violating the principle of continuity of policy. Also in this article, we examined the dynamics over three years of the proportion of workers who had been trained and what methods of assessing human potential were applied to them in LLC Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar. Then we determined the efficiency of the use of labor resources via the personnel profitability indicator. Based on the results of this work, the main ways to improve the efficiency of the use of human potential in LLC Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar were proposed. The information base was the developments of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of management, on the economy of the enterprise.
