The article substantiates the importance of statodynamic stability for the professional training of cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Special attention is paid to the influence of the location of kinematic indicators on maintaining balance in static and dynamic conditions, which is an integral part of the effective performance of operational and official tasks and ensuring the personal safety of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. The study analyzes various body postures and their stability when performing special physical exercises, such as overcoming obstacle courses, and also points out the importance of the stability coefficient, including the influence of anthropometric characteristics. The purpose of the study is to identify the impact of physical training aimed at developing statodynamic stability on the professional readiness of cadets and students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as to determine the effectiveness of various postures and balance exercises, taking into account their biomechanical and anthropometric characteristics, in improving stability when overcoming various obstacles. An experiment was conducted at Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, involving 20 cadets divided into two groups with different anthropometric indicators. Using a set of methods, the optimal balance parameters for a number of key postures were determined. It was established that the stability of the body increases with a decrease in the height of the whole-body center of mass and an increase in the support area; the least and most stable positions were identified. Based on biomechanical studies, the optimal balance parameters for various poses were established, which allowed for the identification of the most effective methods for improving statodynamic stability. |
