The article presents data on the kinematic and
dynamic parameters of movement during the execution of collaborations
without high/long throws of the apparatus (CC)
using the ball throw from under the knee. The research problem
is to overcome the existing contradiction between the need to
improve the technique of performing СС with the ball in group
exercises in rhythmic gymnastics and the lack of scientifically
grounded methods that take into account the kinematic and
dynamic parameters that determine the accuracy of reproducing
the motor rhythm in CC with the ball. The purpose of the study
was to scientifically substantiate the approach to the accuracy
of motor rhythm when reproducing CC with a ball throw from
under the knee based on the consideration of dynamic and kinematic
collaborations parameters that the overall team rhythm
is formed not by the uniform contribution of all participants,
but by the stability of specific parameters in specific links
of the chain. The most significant negative impact on accuracy
is caused by the instability of the ball’s exit angle in the central
link and the lack of throwing speed (impulse) in the final link.
Moreover, the interaction interval between the central and final
link is more significant for synchrony than the interval between
the initial and central link. Based on the identified patterns,
a block-based training system has been developed and theoretically
substantiated, aimed at targeted correction of identified
"weak links" instead of their uniform development.
The proposed methodology implements the principle of transition
from establishing a general pace to technical stabilization
of key parameters, synchronization of critical intervals,
and integral training in complex conditions. The results of this
work have practical significance for optimizing the training
process in group exercises. |
