Researching the impact of digital culture on
the mentality of secondary vocational education (SVE) teachers
is important, as digitalization changes not only their tools but
also their pedagogical consciousness, attitudes toward the profession,
and style of interaction with students. In a context where
secondary vocational education must quickly respond to labor
market demands, digitalization is becoming the foundation
for training specialists. This article describes the methodological
framework for studying the impact of digital culture
on the mentality of secondary vocational education teachers,
outlines the research hypothesis, and possible ways to implement
the results. The methodological framework presented
in the article enables a qualitative study of the stated topic
and demonstrates the productivity of the research results and
their relevance to the secondary vocational education system.
The practical significance of studying the impact of digital culture
on the mentality of secondary vocational education teachers
lies in the transition from simply mastering technical tools
to transforming professional consciousness, which is necessary
for high-quality training in the digital economy. The described research results serve as a basis for creating targeted training
programs and professional development courses that take into
account not only technical skills but also the psychological
readiness of teachers for digital transformation. The educational
program developed during the study will help identify
the causes of digital stress and professional burnout and develop
support measures for teachers, helping them adapt their
mindset to working in a digital educational environment without
losing effectiveness. The data obtained during the study will
help align the educational process with the demands of the digital
economy, which is especially important within the framework
of the federal Professionalitet project. |
