The article examines the pressing issue of developing
scientific mentoring as a necessary pedagogical condition
for the formation and development of a scientific and professional
pedagogical community in the context of non-formal
and informal education. The study is substantiated by the need
to introduce innovative ideas, intellectual and digital technologies
into the higher professional education system.
The relevance of the research is determined by the fact
that improving the innovative and scientific components
in higher education institutions becomes a key factor
in the development of scientific and professional pedagogical
communities. In the context of educational digitalization,
the formation of a cohesive scientific and professional pedagogical
community capable of generating new knowledge
and innovative practices acquires particular significance.
Scientific mentoring acts as a system-forming factor ensuring
effective interaction between participants in the educational
process in the context of non-formal and informal
learning. It creates the necessary pedagogical conditions
for the formation of professional competencies, development
of research potential, and integration of educators into
the scientific community.
The purpose of the research is to develop conceptual
models of scientific mentoring implemented on the basis
of an intellectual information-pedagogical system and supported
by the application of non-formal and informal education
methods.
The paper proposes conceptual models of scientific mentoring,
a program for an individual professional development
trajectory of a teacher-scientific mentor, methods for evaluating
the effectiveness of mentoring activities, and mechanisms
for forming a scientific and professional community.
The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility
of developing open educational resources and advancing
the mentoring school in higher education institutions. The proposed
models effectively facilitate the formation of a scientific
and professional pedagogical community using modern digital
technologies.
The research is based on a systematic and transdisciplinary
approach, the immersion method, the project method,
and the self-development method. Particular attention is paid
to integrating traditional forms of mentoring with modern digital
learning tools.
The results of the work can be used to improve the system
of teacher training, develop the research potential of higher
education institutions, and form an effective model of continuous
professional education in the context of the digital transformation
of society. |
