The article expands the theoretical and practical
basis for the problem of forming students’ civic responsibility.
The authors analyze the essence and content of the main
concept, which contributes to a deeper understanding of its
interpretation and essential characteristics. The article
highlights the indicators of students’ civic responsibility,
including competence and awareness of fulfilling their civic
duties, active self-realization in socially significant areas, the ability to make informed choices about their life strategies,
and leadership skills that motivate others to engage in productive
activities. The following are the main areas of educational
work in an educational institution: legal education of students,
development of their analytical skills, and inclusion of students
in various forms of practical activities that contribute to
the formation of civic responsibility in the younger generation.
Special attention is paid to the use of a paradigmatic approach
in pedagogical research, which integrates various pedagogical
concepts and is significant in the educational work
of educational institutions with adolescents, including patriotic,
legal, and systemic paradigms, which represent conceptual
models of education. The article identifies technologies
for developing students’ civic responsibility from the perspective
of the pedagogical paradigm, such as educational hours,
social activities, discussions, research, volunteering, project
methods, and commemorative practices. This study is relevant,
as the development of civic responsibility directly affects
the formation of conscious and proactive citizens, which
is essential for a civil society. The study identifies effective
strategies
and methodological approaches that can be used
to optimize the process of developing civic responsibility. |
