This article discusses the conditions for synchronizing
the execution of a bounce jump with a ribbon boomerang
in rhythmic gymnastics, which is necessary to identify
and systematize the most effective ways to optimize this process.
The conducted research revealed quantitative relationships
between the accuracy of synchronizing the ribbon throw
with the leg and the phase of the bounce jump in the boomerang
exercise, as well as a number of biomechanical and kinematic
parameters. Based on the linear regression analysis
method, a statistically significant model (p = 0.002) was constructed,
which explains 98.3% of the accuracy variance, with
a very high correlation coefficient (rxy = 0,992). The model
demonstrates that the accuracy of synchronization is positively
correlated with the return time of the ribbon after
touching the floor, the initial throw speed, the flight distance,
and the speed of the ribbon at the top of the trajectory.
The negative effects include an increase in the angle
of the ribbon’s release relative to the horizon, an increase
in the hip angle during the jump, and an increase in the average
speed of the ribbon’s flight. The key conclusion is a paradoxical
and opposite effect of speed parameters: while an increase
in the initial and upper speed contributes to synchronization,
an increase in the average speed reduces it, which is explained
by a decrease in the overall flight time of the ribbon. The identified
patterns are interpreted in terms of the need for temporal
and spatial coordination of the projectile trajectory and
the jump phase. Based on the model, practical recommendations
for coaches are developed, including a step-by-step algorithm
for diagnosing problems (using a specific case as an example)
and methods for correcting technique aimed at optimizing
key parameters such as the compactness of the jump (control
of the hip angle) and the sharpness of the throw to regulate
the projectile’s flight time while maintaining a specified range. |
