DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article explores issues and stages related to the current development of the digital economy in the Russian Federation. The research focuses on the national project “Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the state”, which defines the vector of the country’s development until 2030. As part of the research, nine federal projects included in the national project were studied. An analysis of each federal project was conducted in terms of the tasks to be solved and the financial support for their implementation. Among them, key federal projects were identified, which are the basis of the future digital sphere of the Russian state. The federal project “Infrastructure for access to the Internet Information and Telecommunications network” makes it possible to connect all elements of the infrastructure of the national digital sphere into a single system. In turn, the federal project “Digital Platforms in the social sphere” is aimed at converting significant state and municipal services into electronic form based on the “Unified Portal of State Servicess” (Gosuslugi). The federal project “Digital Public Administration” is aimed at improving the efficiency of public administration and transferring the relationship between citizens and businesses with the state to a non-documentary turnover. The remaining federal projects of the national project “Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the state”, despite their undoubted importance, are supportive. The conducted analysis allows us to conclude that the implemented measures have a systemic nature and are aimed at developing a sustainable digital infrastructure and improving the efficiency of public administration. The implementation of these federal projects contributes to accelerating the digital transformation of the Russian economy, as well as to creating conditions for the development of a competitive national economy in the long term.
