The article examines corporate training as one
of the key mechanisms for capitalizing an organization’s
human resources. The relevance of the study is due to the fact
that in the context of digital transformation, staff shortages,
accelerated technology updates, and increased uncertainty,
it is the quality of internal educational practices that determines
a company’s ability to accumulate and effectively utilize
human capital. The purpose of the work is to reveal the theoretical
and applied aspects of corporate training as a tool
for increasing the value of an organization’s human resources, as well as to identify the conditions under which training
becomes a factor in increasing organizational performance.
The study uses methods of comparative analysis, generalization
of scientific literature, systematization of approaches,
analysis of open reports from international and Russian organizations,
and the logic-structural method. It is shown that
corporate training does not automatically capitalize human
resources, but rather requires a systematic connection between
educational programs, competency models, career paths, and
strategic business goals. It is established that personalized,
practice-oriented, and digital learning formats, including
mentoring, project work, microlearning, and results analytics,
are the most effective. The role of managerial support and regular
evaluation of learning effectiveness as conditions for sustainable
knowledge transfer is highlighted. It is concluded that
corporate training should be viewed not as a cost-intensive
function, but as an investment and strategic asset that affects
productivity, innovation, staff retention, and organizational
sustainability. The article provides author’s recommendations
for strengthening the connection between training, competency
assessment, and career management, as well as for developing
internal educational ecosystems. |
