Grain is the basis of food security and economic
well–being of any state. Grain production is not just agriculture,
it is a strategic industry for any country. Food security,
export potential, and even price stability in the global market
depend on yields.
Countries with favorable natural conditions can grow
crops of the highest quality. Grain exports open up a real prospect
of developing unused lands, turning them into a source
of prosperity and strengthening the country’s position on the
world market.
Nowadays, flexibility, adaptability, and a deep understanding
of global trends are key success factors. Effective balancing
between stability and uncertainty, readiness for rapid
changes and new opportunities is a reasonable approach
for economic growth.
The importance of the observed differences between countries
lies in the impact of different strategies on the quality
of the final product.
A comparison of key technologies, institutions, and policies
provides the basis for comparing and analyzing the quality
of grain supplied to the global market.
One of the factors contributing to the prosperity of a society
is how well markets function. The issues of dominance are very
relevant in international agricultural markets in the context
of the changing concentration of supply and demand conditions
currently observed in the global wheat market.
The conducted research allowed us to understand what
barriers hold back the growth of labor productivity in grain
production. The conclusions we have reached are relevant
and well-founded. The directions we have proposed for improving
labor efficiency are of practical importance for strengthening
the competitiveness of the entire grain industry as a whole. |
