One of the major preconditions of the region development in the conditions of enhancement of regional competitiveness is the correctly established, attractive image of the region that provides emotional and rational representations of the territory permanently created and revised in order of the stable availability in the dynamical information space. There is a close interrelation between the image and the reputation that is formed on the basis of the facts and experience of interrelations. Strategic region development provides for improvement of all components of reputation/image, beginning from safety up to the infrastructure development.
