THE HEAT ENERGY MARKET AND ITS SPECIFICITY IN THE CLASSICAL AND MODERN CONCEPTS OF THE MARKET RELATIONS

Annotation:

The article is focused on the content of the subject of the heat energy market. It is detected that the existing points of view belonging to different famous scientists (in particular, A. Smith, A. Marshall, J. Robinson), who have studied the mechanisms of the market relations, can not be applied to the description of the total economic relations in the heat energy sector. The author has taken into account the specificity of it and has suggested his own definition of the category “heat energy market”. The structure of this market has been studied thoroughly and the peculiarities of the entrepreneurship in this field have been described. It has been defined that the key features of the heat energy market, distinguishing it from other structures of fuel and energy complex, are: regulatory and legal governing of activity of the organizations of the heat power complex, heterogeneity of the heat energy as economic good, local scale of economic activities.
