Quality CONTROL of RENDERING educational services at the HIGHER SCHOOL and its evaluation

The article has proposed the author’s model of establishing the mechanism of implementation of the policy of innovations of the higher educational institution with regards to observation of the requirements of the current norms of the Federal State Educational Standard and the international standards ISO 9000. The model is based on the consecutive development of the management decisions and includes the following stages: analysis of the current system of management of the scientific-educational processes at the higher educational institution; identification of non-compliance of the current system with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the principles of the quality management system of the educational services in accordance with the international standards ISO 9000.
