CONTRADICTIONS AND PROBLEMS OF THE MODERN HIGHER EDUCATION: LOOK FROM INSIDE

Currently the domestic system of education is being reformed. The proposed article reflects the position of the author interested in the quality of education process in the system of higher professional education. The problems and contradictions of the education goals with the form recommended for implementation have been briefly specified. The directions and main objectives of reforming the system of education have been analyzed in line with the historically established principles of higher school. The author has called in question the applied methods of evaluation of the quality of educational programs and pupils knowledge.
