Improvement of THE system of IMPLEMENTATION of energy saving MEASURES in the AREA of RESIDENTIAL AND MUNICIPAL ECONOMY

The issues of power saving and increasing of power efficiency are currently very urgent. The special attention shall be paid to the residential-municipal economy as one of the least effective in terms of effective use of power resources. The article has examined the state of the issue of providing power saving and increasing the power efficiency; the main problems of increasing the power efficiency in ZhKKh have been defined; the international experience of incentives for the programs of power savings has been studied; the proposals and recommendations for different groups have been developed for the incentives formation.
