Annotation:

The change of historical epochs, transition to the market economy caused the necessity in new technologies for human resources management. Attestation is one such technology conducted in the framework of the complex evaluation of the company personnel. The specific economic and social effect can be obtained in case of the competent approach to such type of activity. Currently, the negative aspects of applying certification in the company work include the lack of legal basis; the advantages include the possibility of use the technical means, and software. Open joint stock company «Volgogradneftemash» uses the entire range of modern methods of the human resources management in its activity. The software product developed by the experts of Volgograd state technical university, designed for evaluation of the company personnel by the key competences, and tested at the specified company has proved its effectiveness, and helped to determine the basic directions of the policy of human resources management for the nearest future.
