Annotation:

The article presents a detailed analysis of staffing of the agricultural sector of the Volgograd region, starting from research of the process of its formation, which, in the opinion of the author, is fulfilled in the following sequence: career guidance, training (retraining) of personnel, attraction and distribution of specialists, professional retaining of employees at workplaces. The author analyzes other factors along with the problems associated with the formation of staffing: demographic situation in the region, out-migration of the rural population, wages prevailing in the agricultural sector, the state of the socio-cultural area and others. Measure for establishing the high-quality, competitive staffing of the agricultural sector of the Volgograd region are proposed in the article, which contribute to its innovative development.
