Methods of definition of enterprises cost based on express evaluations of industrial facilities

Methods of express assessment of enterprises value are presented in the article, which are based on, firstly, the value of specific type of property required for the enterprise product manufacturing and expressed either in volume or in monetary terms, that is, the specific value of particular production facilities; second, the unit cost of technical and economic parameter that is the most important for specific object of appraisal. Practical use of these methods is shown. Detailed recommendations for determining the value of private enterprises using either indicators or the value of their assets, or sales volumes are provided. The example of calculation of the enterprise value using the method of express assessment is provided, which makes it possible to see practical application of the method.
