| Annotation: | Influence of innovative development of the system of education on the human capital formation is examined in article. The essence and the role of the concept of innovations in education are revealed; the signs are distinguished; and the classification and prerequisites of introduction are proposed. The author’s interpretation of the innovative process in education is given. The main contradictions of its implementation are revealed. Types of innovative educational institutions are listed, their characteristics are given. Definition of the concept of social investments is given. The role of the real sector of economics in investment of innovations in education is studied; risks are allocated. Prospects and results of development of innovations in educational system are proposed. |
