Public legal entities as participants of activities of economic associations: historical aspect

The article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of participation of the public legal entities in the economic associations established on the basis of membership. Establishment and activities of the joint stock companies and limited liability companies, including the state-owned ones, at different stages of historical development of our country is examined in the article. It was determined that the state participation in the economic and business activities is a characteristic feature of all stages of the Russian state historical development, which is carried out by legal regulation of the forms of economic management established on the basis of membership with state participation. The article presents conclusions of distribution of the joint-stock form since 1990‑s, while development of a limited liability company in Russia dates back to the period of the modern Russian state.
