| Annotation: | The article justifies the impact of higher education on ensuring competitiveness of the economics, where the main role is given to the innovative model of development. The necessity to evaluate the quality of higher education is revealed and substantiated. The author states that the quality of education is viable now due to significant changes in the process of education reforming, as one of the main sources of human capital formation. The attempt to assess education and its role in formation the human capital was determined by the author as the research objective. The method proposed by the author assumes establishing of such educational system that provides the national economy with the required proper quantity and quality of human capital. |
