Annotation:

Scientific and practical problem of reducing competitiveness of the graduates due to lack of practical experience in the acquired specialty is discussed. It is confirmed that employers’ requirements for work experience cause an outflow of students from the full-time training to the correspondence training. The need to change the practice-oriented approach to the professionalization of students is defined. Practical experience of formation of professional competence of managers is characterized on the example of Novosibirsk State Technical University within the framework of the project «Business from the university» and «Commercialization of innovative solutions».
