| Annotation: | This article is theoretical-methodological in nature. It examines the issue that is relevant to the current economic situation — improvement of labor efficiency. In this regard, the concept of labor democracy is formulated, and the main theoretical approaches to definition of efficiency are briefly studied. Based on the analysis of factors of labor productivity, as well as on the highlighted types of labor democracy, it is proposed to consider the labor democracy as one of the directions and conditions of increasing the labor efficiency. In its turn, the democratization of social and labor relations involves the further development of labor democracy. |
