Annotation:

The theory and practice of modern pedagogy and pedagogical activity determine the personality in the system of continuous education in two socio-educational components — the personality of the student and the personality of the teacher. Vocational education opportunities in the hierarchy of determinants and development models determine the adaptive-acmepedagogical approach of one of the implemented practices that guarantees and prolongs the possibility of personality development included in the system of continuing education and professional-labor relations. The specificity of the formation of a culture of independent work of an individual is determined in the system of continuing education, taking into account the requirements and conditions for development and cooperation of the student and teacher, the level of education and the productivity of solving development and self-expression tasks. The level construction of the process of forming a culture of independent work of an individual in the structure of choosing an adaptiveacmepedagogical approach allows to solve qualitatively the tasks of productive personality formation in the system of continuous education and professional-labor relations, determine models and pedagogical conditions for optimizing the quality of transition from adaptive methods, methods and conditions for solving problems to productive or personalizedproductive ways, methods and conditions for solving deterministic in the course of social flax and educational development of the individual tasks. The proposed theoretical and empirical possibilities of solving problems of forming a culture of independent work of an individual determine the features of scientific research in a unified, personalized and healthsaving practice of posing and solving problems of pedagogical activity, the basics of which are refined through the quality of transition from adaptive to acmepedagogical solutions.
