Annotation:

Lean construction (LC) is an innovative strategic direction of quality management, which is focused on aspiration to develop the industrial and civil engineering branch. The direction assumes involvement of all possible tools, methods and technologies, including innovative elements of lean production, in construction project management, for the purpose of minimization of time, volumes and cost of construction works. Tools, methods and principles of lean construction management can be implemented in construction companies with relatively minimal costs to achieve significant results and in a short time. In this paper, authors consider the fields of construction project management as a holistic Lean Construction Management System. Many experts believe that it is possible to increase productivity in construction with the help of technology and software. Others recommend a more streamlined process. According to the authors, the right way is to combine technology, motivation and innovative methods of lean construction. The authors propose to develop a software case for the management of investment and construction projects using innovative tools, methods and technologies of lean construction. The software will include control and motivation of personnel, the possibility of using all existing methods, lean construction tools and innovative technologies. This solution will significantly reduce organizational costs, increase the transparency of production processes and increase their controllability. As a result, this will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise by maximizing the efficiency of its production and human capital.
