The article reveals content of the model of scientific and methodological support of the teaching staff implementing the regional innovation project “Organizational and psychologicalpedagogical conditions of formation of subjectivity of the educational process participants”. As a methodological basis for development of the model content, the V. I. Panov’s ecopsychological approach to formation of the subject of activity was selected. Empirical testing of the ecopsychological model included an assessment of the level of formation of subjectivity of teachers (N = 38), characteristics of self-organization of activity, tolerance to uncertainty, stereotypes of professional activity, diagnostics of the parameters of the educational environment and the severity of the school’s organizational and educational models. The performed diagnostic studies revealed the presence of an urgent problem consisting in the dominance of the “low” and “high” stages of subjectivity in the structure of the studied parameters. This fact made obvious the existence of different goals in implementation of innovative and educational pedagogical activities that need coordination and integration. The further goal of the study was to develop the content of scientific and methodological support of the innovative activities in accordance with the urgent tasks of development of an educational institution as a collective subject. Obtained results promoted in elaboration of the model contents in correspondence to actual tasks for development of educational institution as a collective actor. The content contains support functions: pedagogical analysis, humanitarian examination, administrative team reteaming, goal setting, forecasting, designing, motivation, and reflection. The stages of accompaniment are distinguished: reflective (formation of a problem field), informational, methodological, activity, and the stage of final reflection. The activities of each stage are presented in the framework of the analytical, informational, educational and experimental activities of teachers. The technologies of working with the teaching staff are presented: training based on experience (moderation, discussions, cycle by D. Kolba, work-shop), cooperative (design and research activities, discussions), and training.
