MODEL FOR ORGANIZATION OF TECHNICAL TRAINING IN SPORT AEROBICS AT THE TRAINING STAGE

The article presents the model for organization of technical training in sport aerobics at the training stage with consideration of cognitive processes. The need to consider the model is driven by the necessity of searching for new effective training means and methods of improving technical training and, consequently, competitive activity of athletes. The authors suggest the model, which includes structural components of the organization of technical training (cognitive-motivational, substantive and operational); stages of organization of technical training taking into account the peculiarities of cognitive processes (stage of initial learning, in-depth learning, improvement of motor action technique) and identification of methodological procedures of their development, which are (as it was found) interrelated with technical preparation, vestibular reactions sustainability and working capacity. An integral part of the suggested are pedagogical conditions such as informing gymnasts about the relationship between technical fitness and cognitive processes, stability of vestibular reactions and performance, including the use of active learning methods; taking into account the peculiarities of cognitive processes, stability of vestibular reactions and performance of gymnasts in the organization of technical training; accentuating the coaching staff to take into account the peculiarities of cognitive processes, stability of vestibular reactions and performance of gymnasts in the organization of technical training. All this allows to organize the training process of gymnasts in sports aerobics at the training stage more effectively. The model has been tested and applied by coaches of the sports aerobics department at the Olympic Reserve Sports School “Sparta” in Irkutsk. The use of the model has more than once proved its effectiveness by the athletes' performance in competitions. Athletes of the Sparta Sports School annually not only participate in the Championship of Russia, qualifying for which they win prizes in the Championship of the Irkutsk region and the Siberian Federal District, but also become finalists and medalists of the Championship of Russia.
