MODERN CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF A PROFESSIONAL WORLDVIEW OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The article analyzes the objective and subjective conditions for the formation of a professional worldview of students of bachelor’s, master’s and specialist’s degrees in technical higher educational institutions, which must be taken into account in the process of training personnel in modern conditions of a changing technological order, the global economic crisis, sanctions pressure on Russia and a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine in the conditions of the hybrid war. Research methods used is analysis of scientific literature using ontological and epistemological philosophical approaches. The result of the study is the identification of objective and subjective conditions for the formation of a professional worldview, which must be taken into account in the process of organizing the pedagogical process. The influence on the formation of a professional worldview of changing economic relations (the emergence of new means of production, new requirements for the quality of professional training of production forces, the changed technological nature of production relations) and various ideological factors (symbols, meanings, images and values based on the Russian civilizational code) is studied. The subjective conditions influencing the formation of the professional worldview of students (mastered professional knowledge, embedded in the consciousness of the student collective unconscious archetypes — images, meanings that form a civilization code (cultural dominant)) are analyzed. The author’s notion of “forming a professional worldview” is given from the ontological and cognitive point of view as a co-existence of objective and subjective, and cognitive process, the result of which is an image of the student’s professional worldview with awareness of the role of professional activity in strengthening the state sovereignty of the Russian Federation, its technological, economic, military and political, socio-cultural component. The special role of technical, economic, historical and legal knowledge in the process of forming professional worldview of a future engineer, corresponding to dynamically changing economic and socio-political relations is emphasized
