ON SYSTEMIC MEASURES FOR ACCELERATED SECTORAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOMESTIC ECONOMY

Currently, the ongoing structural transformation of the Russian economy requires a balanced combination of market mechanisms and mechanisms of state regulation of sectoral development. The article discusses the current measures of state support for domestic economic entities. The necessity of revision and adjustment of a number of strategic documents for the development of Russia, taking into account the existing potential in the country, new challenges and opportunities associated with emerging external risks, is noted. In addition, the importance of systematization of the goals and objectives of the development of the Russian economy in various sectors is emphasized, including through the development and implementation of an appropriate plan for the medium term, based on the potential of innovative structures, regional specialization, interregional cooperation, international cooperation with friendly countries. Special attention is paid to the importance of using advanced information technology achievements in the implementation of this plan – technologies of high-speed processing of big data and artificial intelligence. In the article, in the context of improving the effectiveness of work on the informatization of industries, attention is drawn to the diversity of existing and developing state information systems at different levels of management. The author outlines an initiative to make a gradual thematic systematization of such information systems, mainly within the framework of domestic platform solutions. Based on the results of this activity, it is proposed to identify and eliminate duplicate functions, organize activities to disseminate best practices in the use of information and communication technologies, and coordinate the work of information systems. Such an approach will minimize errors in the systematization of relevant data, increase the efficiency of management decisions, take into account the real conditions of the functioning of regional systems as much as possible, and determine promising directions for the development of the domestic economy.
