TRENDS OF IMPROVEMENT OF ARRANGEMENT OF THE STATE-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE PROJECTS OF THE SEAPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

The article has reviewed the issues of the seaports infrastructure development using the mechanism of the stateprivate partnership. For attraction of investment resources the sources of financing of infrastructural objects on a concession basis have been defined. Features of implementation of infrastructural projects on the basis of concession have been investigated, and the measures promoting increase of effectiveness of functioning of the concession enterprises have been developed. Priorities for development of the stateprivate partnership in the transport sphere have been defined, which allow adjusting the effective interaction of the state and business for the purpose of solution of the issue of searching resources of investment growth at the seaports.
