PECULIARITIES OF the CONSTRUCTION complex of Volgograd region

Being one of the largest industries, the construction has great economic potential, broad inter-industrial and intraeconomic ties. The construction complex that defines the development of other sectors largely depends on them. One can say that the construction industry is an indicator of economic status of an individual or organization, as well as the overall economy. The article has reviewed the main economic indicators of construction activity in Volgograd region, analyzed the dynamics of the buildings commissioning, characterized the average prices at the primary and secondary housing markets, the actual cost of construction, assessed the factors that limit the business activity of construction organizations, and proposed the ways of solving individual problems.
