THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL-LABOR RELATIONS

The paper considers the concept of communicative sphere and justifies the necessity of specific types of work and employment in the system of socio-labor relations. The concept of development of socio-labor relations under the influence of communicative relations and a problem of management of communicative interaction at different levels of economic activities has been presented. The types, kinds and forms of communications, implemented in the system of socio-labor relations and directions of improvement of communicative interactions in the system of socio-labor relations with the purpose of increase of efficiency of their functioning in the conditions of formation of the postindustrial economy have been reviewed.
