Annotation:

The article has justified the possibility of participation in providing food safety of the Russian Federation of the representatives of the law science, which reserve consists in the development of proposals for improvement of the appropriate legislation. The need for the deep modernization of the civil legislation about legal entities has been proven. The legislation must be based on the acknowledgement of the role and the value in the public production of its participants and the entities financing production. The legal entity in the organizational and legal form of the economic society is viewed as the special mechanism of arrangement of the public production of new products, fulfillment of works, rendering of services required for the society for continuing of its vital activity.
