ELEMENTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT OF THE REGIONAL LEGISLATION

The article deals with the number of regulatory-legal enactments of the regional level, in which the elements of administrative contract can be found in greater or lesser extent. The structure and the content of the relevant regulatory enactments have been analyzed in order to determine the elements of administrative contract. The author has also proposed to introduce the number of changes into the current regional legislation for more detailed understanding of the legal essence of the made contracts (agreements) of Volgograd region. In particular, into the specialized law of Volgograd region «On the contracts (agreements) of Volgograd region».
