Annotation: The article presents the results of the comparative analysis of the attitude of managers, employees and customers of the banking sector of Volgograd and Volgograd region to the problem of inclusion of the social policy in the strategy of deve­lopment of financial and banking sector. During the process of reforming of the Russian banking sector, the social policy is of great importance as an object of research. Business organizations having achieved success realized the necessity of changes in the social policy, in their attitude towards the employees, customers and the society as a whole to keep the leading competitive position.
