Marketing technologies in the management of the municipal real estate

The urgent issues of municipal real estate management in the current conditions of the Russian economics are discussed. The possibility of applying the marketing techniques to effectively manage the real estate is examined. The analysis of management practices, which results in identifying the shortcomings of the current model of municipal property management is performed. The appropriateness of the management system review in terms of the perspective of commercialization of the property use is underlined; the basic trends of its improvement are proposed. The need to develop marketing strategies, to improve the system of tendering and bidding in order to stimulate investment activity in the region and to enhance the economic attractiveness of the objects is identified.
