The problems existing on the regional labor market of experts are generalized and analyzed in the article on the example of the Omsk region. All problems are divided into three groups: problems of educational institutions of the Omsk region; difficulties, which employers are faced with; problems of experts of the regional labor market. The most significant problems for employers are poor quality of training of specialists by the education system, absence of practical experience, the need for additional expenses for their retraining, and also personnel «aging». Educational institutions face the problems of the high competition at the market of educational services, difficulties of interaction with employers, lack of the adequate mechanism of forecasting the requirements for experts, discrepancy of the structure of demand to the structure of offer. Experts on the regional labor market, in their turn, experience difficulties of employment, dissatisfaction with the salary level; especially it concerns the category of «young specialists», as well as the difficulty of choice of profession connected with the absence of information about the labor market. These problems are peculiar to the majority of regions of the country; their elimination will allow increasing efficiency of interaction of employers, educational institutions and experts and take into account the interests of each party.
