Annotation:

This article discusses the formation of aspects of social competence, in particular, willingness to work in a team of the experts in the field of service and technology. It reveals problems of teams and team building. The shortcomings of spontaneous mastering by the students of such aspect of social competence as willingness to work in a team are outlined. The necessity of special training of skills of the group-working is justified. This article presents some of the features and learning outcomes, as well as the results of studying the psycho-semantic structure of students’ consciousness who have and have not taken training in psychology of small groups and team building obtained by means of factor analysis.
