Annotation:

The article presents the structural model of formation of competitiveness of the future teachers of vocational training in the social partnership of the University and small innovative enterprises. The concepts of «corporate» (based on recognition by the individual of the priority of satisfaction of the group or collective demands of the individual) and «individual» (directs the individual to preferential satisfaction of his demands) types of competitiveness are reviewed and substantiated. The contradiction between individual and corporate types of competitiveness is revealed. The conclusion is made that the proposed structural model allows implementing pedagogical conditions of transformation of educational activity into the professional one by means of changing demands, motives, goals, activities, actions, means, subject and results of operations.
