Annotation:

The article analyzes modern trends in HRmanagement in IT-companies in the conditions of developing knowledge economics. Based on performed sociological research of responders in Stavropol region the list of main factors influencing IT-specialists’ carrier was determined: HR-stability; effective incentives; staff support; knowledge exchange; training. Comparative analysis of determined factors demonstrated that all of them have systematic effect on the HR-policy of the company, hence, on the expert development. Actual trends in HR-policy development of high-tech modern companies are provided.
