Problems unshadowing in the context of economic security of ukraine

The article identifies the problems of shadowing of Ukraine; the dynamics of GDP level of Ukraine and the level of shadow economics is established. The main factors of the country economics shadowing are determined that include political uncertainty, ineffective management of the state property, deficiencies of the tax policy, imperfection of the budget policy, deformation of the population employment structure, raiding, imperfection of the judicial power, formation of the shadow infrastructure. The set of measures for stimulating unshadowing of the economics of post-socialist countries, including Ukraine, was proposed, which includes the following groups: measures for economics unshadowing, measures for economics discrimination, measures for protection economic entities against raiding, measures for unshadowing of political process, measures for preventing nonproductive capital outflows from Ukraine.
