Annotation:

The article examines the problem of selection and recruitment of the candidates for positions in government authorities. The author analyses the modern state of the state administration quality through the prism of recruiting candidates for vacant positionsin the authorities of the state power, levels and peculiarities of professional training of the official; the up-to-date approaches to selection of candidates for vacant positions are identified. The study substantiates the necessity of acmeological evaluation of each applicant in the process of professional selection for the positions, the result of which should become the acmeogramm development, which reflects the professional model of the candidate and the system of requirements to him.
