Electronic commerce within the frame of internet: socio-cultural and general economic aspects

Annotation:

The article discusses the main aspects of development of e‑commerce within the frame of the Internet. The analysis of indicators of PCs use, hardwired and wirelessInternet networksis performed within the frame of Monitoring of the information society development in the Russian Federation in 2010—2012 implemented by the RF Federal Service of state statistics. The share of companies placed orders for goods (works, services) in the Internet is analyzed, as well as the companies got orders for produced goods (works, services) via Internet, and the share of the companies’ turnover obtained from the orders got via the global information networks in the total companies’ turnover. Besides, the indicators resulted from inquiries in the most popular search systems Yandex and Google in the category «Online store broken down by good groups and countries» are analyzed.
