Annotation:

The article describes the features of foreign experience in forming public corporations within the framework of the modern economics. The formation and development of public corporations in foreign countries are tracked; their main features are determined. The state-owned corporations in the United States, Canada, India, Japan, UK, and South Korea are examined as the examples. The evolution of the forms of arrangement of public corporations in different countries at different historical stages of development of the national economy is determined. The opportunities and prospects of using the international experience of public corporations in Russia are identified.
