SURVEY OF THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL SEMINAR «DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC CRISIS OVERCOMING»

The international scientific and practical seminar «Development of Higher Education as a Factor of Economic Crisis Overcoming» was conducted in Moscow on September 25. The seminar was organized by the Association of the non-governmental higher educational institution of Russia together with the European Association of institutions in higher educational (EURASHE). Highlevel representatives of Rosobrnadzor, the State Duma, the state corporation «Rostekhnologii» and the Federal Agency «Rossotrudnichestvo» participated in the seminar, as well as the specialists from more than twenty governmental and nongovernmental higher educational establishments of Russia. The basic topic of the meeting was the issue of education quality and the strategy of higher education development in the context of the economic crisis.
