| Annotation: | The article presents dynamics of the state and public education management in the Volgograd region. The experience of public agencies participation in addressing the problems of the educational system in the context of the complex project of education modernization in Volgograd region in 2007— 2009 is analyzed. Results of testing the implementation of the regional model of education quality management based on the information and communication technologies are presented. The problems hindering further development of the variability of the state-public management of education at the institutional level are detected. The basic ideas of the Concept of the education state-public management development in Volgograd region are described. |
