Annotation:

The article reveals the possibility of professionally-oriented training of experts of social sphere in a liberal arts college (on the example of penal system). The effectiveness of educational activities is provided by the inter-paradigm position based on an individual approach. Customization of professionallyoriented education in the conditions of the interdepartmental professional educational environment is seen in the use of the scientifically-based interpretation of the category of individual educational trajectory. The specifics of the design of the student’s individual educational trajectory in close collaboration with practitioners are reflected in its component content (technological, organizational and activity-variable) and in the presented criteria indicators.
