UNEMPLOYMENT AND MIGRATION OF YOUTH IN PRIMORSKY KRAI

The article revealed the reasons of the youth unemployment, and the methods which can be used for regulation of migratory processes are examined. The phenomenon of the working youth-working students is identified in Primorsky Krai, as well as new forms of employment (on the example of changeable employment) in the conditions of unstable social and economic situation in Russia. Changeable employment is studied as the mechanism of flexibility of the number of workers. One of the main groups of the jobless youth graduated school and not entered colleges or higher educational institutions is revealed. The major factors complicating work of the youth employment are defined. The internal and hidden (external) migrations of the youth are identified. The number of measures for improvement operation of the Employment Center of Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai are proposed in order to decrease unemployment of the youth and its migration outside the region.
