Annotation:

The article has reviewed the main directions of personnel policy. The attention is focused on the main changes in the directions of personnel policy and the content of personnel strategy during the periods of economic instability. Article is based on the analysis of changes in the content of actions of HR department of the organization for each of the main areas of the personnel management department operation. The article contains author’s recommendations for possible correcting actions of the content of personnel policy caused by economic instability. The proposed recommendations allow leveling the adverse effect of unfavorable economic situation in case of their proper use relative to the conditions of particular organization.
